How do I know what size to order?

All adult bracelets will be made standard/regular size (7") unless a specific size is requested in your order comment box. You can measure your wrist by wrapping a measuring tape around your wrist and making note of the size. For a snug fit, use your exact measurements or add 0.25 inches and for a looser fit, add 0.5 inches. If you do not have a measuring tape, you can use a string or ribbon and measure it up against a ruler. 

*Restringing fee: if you have ordered the incorrect bracelet size, we can resize it for you for a fee of $5 CAD per bracelet plus shipping. Please email us at mtl.matimati@gmail.com or by Direct Message on our Instagram page (matimatimtl) and we will provide you with an emailed invoice and mailing instructions (you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the bracelet to be fixed). To avoid incorrect sizing, please refer to our sizing instructions.

How do I care for my Mati Mati MTL products?

We recommend following the 5 S's of jewelry care: 
Avoid sleeping with your jewellery
Avoid showering with your jewellery
Avoid sprays, such as perfumes or lotions 
Avoid swimming while wearing your jewelry; pool or hot tub
Avoid sweating; don't exercise while wearing your jewellery  

We recommend rolling your bracelet on and off your hand to avoid unnecessary stretching of the elastic 

Orders and Shipping

When can I expect my order to be ready?

We do our very best to have orders processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks of being placed (10 day turnaround time + shipping delays). Delivery times may vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please see our "shipping policy" for more information.

*If you require a rush on your order, please leave us a note in the comment box of send us an email with your order number and details.

Which options are offered for shipping and pickup?

We currently offer two shipping options: first, we can ship your package via regular letter mail if it is within the weight and size limits. It is a low flat-rate and does not include tracking. Please note that Mati Mati MTL is not liable for delays or missing packages, and will not replace lost packages. The other shipping option includes tracking via Canada Post. Upon completion of your corder, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you.

We also offer a pick up option. Pick up is available in Saint Dorothee, Laval (address will be shared once order has been fulfilled).

Do you ship internationally?

We only offer shipping to Canada and the USA at this time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all items are final sale. We do not accept returns on any opened and worn merchandise.
